I dont read too many threads these days but I read this one because Paulinka interests me. I am puzzled at Tigergirl being banned as her imput at #20 was reasonable and friendly. she was attacked by Anitasizzle and Annasavicha without obvious provocation. She only responded in kind. Did she deserve to get banned for life and no sanction on the others?

Yes she did deserve it. What you can't see is what I removed. I'm not going to say what that was, but no I don't think I was harsh in the circumstances. There are some things that should never be said here, and she stepped way out of line. She was also only banned after I told her she would be if she ever raised the subject again and yet she did. It was entirely deserved.

Remember also, tigergirls was already on 2 warnings over racist remarks she made about Jews and the Holocaust. I didn't ban her for those as I could see Liz was provoking and on that ocassion I hoped tigergirls was truly ignorant as opposed to truly nasty.

Oh and her ban was extended from 3 months to for life after emails she sent after the 3 month ban which further illustrated her true colours.

I investigated the allegation and found it was totally false.

However, I don't care if it is false or not - Nobody should ever bring that stuff on here.

I'm not bringing the discussion up again and I don't want anyone else doing so either, but, if tigergirls had genuinely been concerned after hearing a story there are a number of appropriate things she could have done - Posting it here was totally inappropriate and can only have been done to spite Anna as there was no possible constructive reason for it.
