people keep saying to me it is depressing and sad others that life begins at 40 how did any of you feel about it?

My uncle turned 40 last month, he his seen no difference, he hasn't fell in a heap, lost all his hair(yet) or anything,

Turning 40 is great I'm 47 love it can't wait for my 50th birthday rock on. Life is what you make it the older you get the wiser you are live life to the full, you only have one shot buddy ......
