I gather from reading old and new posts that most charge the low rate as they are new, no reviews and may want to establish themselves as otherwise they would not be able to compete with the higher priced Escorts who are here for a while with good reviews. I don't see that they dont value themselves at all, its a shrewd business tactic, to make money, simple as that.

This is based on the fallacy that there is a correlation between price rate and quality of service. In practice it doesn't necessarily work like that so it's not a question of 'either or'.
