A little help needed please guys?

Hi guys

I am trying to get organized with my PMs so I have created several folders each for different cities I have clients but I cant seem to put the Pms into the folders by clicking and dragging, so does anyone know how to do it?

try these:

- Tick the checkbox on the righthand side of the message/pm
- Then on the bottom theres the 'Selected Messages' dropdown
- Once you've clicked it you'll see several options (one of them is 'Move to folder...)
- Click on the 'proceed....' on the bottom of the list
- Select the folder you want on the dropdown and click 'Move Items'
