Raise my hat if anyone can workout at home, sadly i can't, no motivation whatsoever, need to push myself to go to gym, thats the only way for me!

Most ppl i know who bought these machines used it for a short while and than, just hanging clothes on it!

Best workout ever made ShaunT's insanity!!Brutal but pretty quick results, many times i prefer exercises with own body weight!

When I can I train in the gym at least 3-4 days a week, run, cycle and play lot of Rugby, then there is the sex of course, its the most enjoyable.
Its alway better with two or more people to keep you motivated, like

They do it for me every time.

Best get into a gym with a group off people , try cross fit not for everyone , but your pushed to the max and you can see results in a short space off time . Home gym equipment , you'll be bored in a month .
I will play with the toys that god has given me .

First, second one is for upper body only, won't be able to do squats, lunges...etc with it!
However first only comes with 35kg weights, so probably you have to add more weights in the future!

    Why don't you try TRX?
Needs only a small place, and you exercise with your own body weight?Endless possibilities!

Has anyone tried the insanity workout programme, I would like to try it but have had several knee injuries from playing soccer and have read that insanity is tough on knees.

Anyone tried it? Is it really tough on knees?

I did it but gave up after two weeks or so, hard on knees, loads of jumping jacks, squats, high interval cardio movements!
Its the whole complex program, so its not worth to skip those videos, and do only the strength parts so if your injury is that hard id say stay away from insanity!
Never ever had that much sore in my body than i had with insanity, brutal really!

Maybe before start the complete videos, try few from youtube!
