I bring a printed form on a clip board with each favourite listed and I check them off as each is completed

For first encounters you should always get clarification of what is and isn't included in the advertised price.
Some charge more for some favourites and somd say they do them and then after the money is handed over they suddenly deny what their profile states. Usually they will stop understanding English around this time and you are better off leaving.
The only recourse you have is to leave a review, and then you are at the mercy of the Mod on duty if it gets posted or not.
