Many moons ago when I first started Escorting I asked the first clients that contacted me to give me face pictures, as I was only able to do outcalls and was hoping that should I be chopped up into little pieces the culprit would be found on my computer. Needless to say, I did not get chopped up and for sometime I didn't accept any bookings, as I was looking at these 2 dimensional pictures and not particularly impressed (I'm being honest).

Then one day I kicked myself and told myself that if I really wanted to make a go of it, I needed to stop judging people by their pictures and just go for it, so I did and what I found was that someone who I likely would have walked by without a second glance out on the street was morphing in front of my very eyes and as we kissed I noticed how blue his eyes were, as he caressed me I noticed the dimples in his cheeks and by the end of the booking, I was looking at him in a totally different way and whatever was missing at the start was there at the end.

Now, I'm not saying that this happens every time or that all people who start off without provoking emotion always do when you are face to face, but a photo does not show you the twinkle in their eye, the real live smile dancing on their lips and the passion in their soul. A face picture can actually take all that away and be very misleading.

One of my clients from England contacted me recently asking me if I would be ever coming back. I remembered we had a really good time together and he was a good looking guy. I was discussing maybe meeting up with him for a coffee when I go back in a couple of weeks time, but not as a client, as I don't intend to work there again. He wanted to send me a face picture and do you know something... it kind of put me off. No smile, hair all scruffy and not the man I remember from our last encounter. Then I had to remind myself of how the pictures put me off initially and how wrong I was.

Some people are very photogenic and look better in their pictures than in real life. Some people spend a fortune to look better in their photo's and some people just don't take a great picture whatever they do. So, although it may be a clincher for some, think of the ones you have missed out on by judging by a two dimensional picture, that can only capture that one moment in time.

It's actually a similar problem on dating sites. A picture is only a sample of the person. Someone who looks gorgeous can be a complete bitch (yes really!) and very often the people who's pics you don't notice are the ones it's really fun to spend time with.

I have to admit that it does make a difference for me! It is not that I fear the lady behind the blurred face is a "minger" but I just like to see the ladies face. There could be 2 extremely good looking ladies but I may be attracted to one more than the other, not that one is more attractive than the other but I may find one more appealing to me than the other. This of course is rather superficial as it in no way reflects either ladies personality but from the point of choosing from a photo on here it helps me!

I can understand why some guys like to see the face honey as you would not book a holiday if you couldn't see the views out of the window where you would be staying. Loll

One lady did tell me that she obscures her face because a hotel staff member recognised her in the past. Not sure if that was true or not, but there's also the factor of potentially being recognised by friends or family, so it's understandable if a little restricting for clients.

Probably also worth remembering that apart from regulars, ladies have no idea what we look like until we knock on the door.

Well I hope you don't meet to many dull and moody ones honey, that would do anyone's head in. I also totally agree about meeting girls who chat on the forum as I have contacted some girls from their profiles when I am in the same place to see if they wanted to meet up for a coffee but they have the manners to reply but when I have contact girls here on the forums it’s a totally different matter as they are very friendly and was lovely meeting up and having a laugh with them.

I hide my face because I like to keep discreet for the places where I work, my clients and family when I am working in Ireland but when I am working in the UK it does not bother me showing my face as people have a total different attitude about the fetish and sex industry.
The other day when out in my home town there was a few guys huddled together with one showing the others something on their phone and out of the corner of my eye I could see they were chatting about some girl on EI. I too have gone into hotel and recognized girls from their EI photos and on one occasion saw the hotel staff take her to one side as she was checking in the next thing she was walking out of the front door with her bags, I’d be mortified if this was to happen to me.
