So is there a reliable programme that prevents access to sites that you determine? I know that you can request a ban from the forum, but that doesn't stop you from looking at and being tempted by all the lovely girls.

Yes thats what I gave up for lent, and yes not a single thread posted by me, Financailly it has been very rewarding, and with that and an uplifted soul, I have returned.

It was hard not to reply to a few posts, but I steered clear.
