It is not quite the same as a client taking a punt on a lady with no reviews, as you are not likely to find the Escort is really a police woman who will ask you to leave your home or place of work. You are not likely to be meeting a pimp, who will tell you that you should only visit HIS girls. You are not likely to be getting a call arranged by another Escort to waste your time or find out your location and cause trouble for you.
The worse scenario for a client is that you get a bait and switch or a crap service. Is it really comparable?
I think the points made here are extremely important. As things currently stand, clients have very few potentially bad scenarios, whereas the situations described here range from the annoying to the potentially dangerous. References may not always be possible, but the onus should be on the client to put the escort's mind at rest.
