I don't put up with people I don't like on bookings and on the forum for the sake of it and/or money. Do you?

No, I do not see all gents they call me. I have my own screening in regards to security and I try also make sure, we'd click. On the other hand I refuse immediately even phone conversation, if the person is being rude in ANY way: forgets to say Hi on the beginning or asks akward questions. But I never share it in public. Never share it with other clients either, as well as what was happening on the actual date. It is my business and somehow his, only. The only time, when I'd share it, is when my safety is/was at risk, and therefore I can assume, others' girls as well.

Each to their own. I have my reasons to let everyone know that I refused a client. This way, the future ones including the guy I mentioned on this thread will think twice about their behaviour during the appointment.

That's my professional approach on this sort of situation/s. Either you behave or deal with the consequences. As many others do let them get away, I choose not to.
