Does everyone have to pay the same regardless of pre existing medical conditions? Or is it like the usa where you have to pay a hell of a lot more if you have an ongoing medical condition?

i would imagine there will be an initial assessment, but the contrast in premium may
be less than the contrast in health, so everyone gets covered.

Its not alone the charges on second houses, its the price drop since they were bought, and the consequences of that.

One particular property I purchased for €350K is now being priced to sell at less than €80K.
