Now my conscience is crystal clear cause I read in this link Patty saying that people with learning disabilities were called retarded, and of course this doesn't apply to DickPaws I never meant to say that DickPaws has a learning problem, instead his problem is that he is a mentally-paralysed, which means he cannot learn at all.
