under rates one sees an in-call dinner date. there is also an out-call dinner date. Can someone explain to a newbie, what this means? Its usually advertised for 3 hours. Do you call and get served dinner over 3 hours? Can someone inform please ?

Out-call Dinner Date = you take the lady to a restaurant for dinner and then you have dessert afterwards
In-call Dinner Date = the lady cooks dinner for you and then you have dessert afterwards
on a more serious note, are there any ladies out there who do in-call dinner dates as described above, but where the lady and the client cook together?

I like cooking and it's rare that I have someone to cook for. When I was England I actually had 2 choices of a 3 course menu to clients to choose from and I'm afraid there was an extra fee, but it was based at cost, so not taking into consideration the time taken to cook the food.
