It's all about context, 2 consenting adults playing dress up is only a bit of fun, no real issue, the problem arises when you see guys looking for young pigtailed escorts with small breasts, that to me is a guy who rather than having a bit of mature fun is actually fantasising about having under-age sex which is wrong...
