While I have no doubt that undergoing 'jiggle tests' are rather unpleasant experiences, I have to say that it seems more like a situation where a few of these ladies simply didn't bother to read the pages and pages of fine-print that was undoubtedly a part of the contracts they all signed when they joined the 'franchise'.
They had to know that their 'career' as a pro-football cheerleader has got to be just as short-- if not shorter-- than many of the players themselves. For the record, the average NFL 'career' is 3.3 years.

These ladies knew (or should have known) what they were getting into and agreeing to when they signed their contracts. They are there as eye-candy and have the expectations for their appearance and work clearly outlined, as the other former cheerleader says in the video clip.
Update: Actually-- have an average of 6 years as an average career-- nearly DOUBLE the average for the actual players. But that's still a pretty short time, it'll come and go in a flash.
