Max Verstappen will become the youngest person ever to drive in an official F1 session, on Friday aged just 17.
From the first two practice sessions, no-one seems able to challenge Hamilton and Rosberg.
A one-two would give Mercedes the constructors championship at the end of the race.
Max Verstappen set a new record as the youngest man to take part in a grand prix weekend ahead of his full debut in 2015. Unfortunately, his car suffered a turbo failure with about seven minutes of the first session remaining.
The race is likely to be wet, as typhoon Phanfone approaches the Japanese mainland.

Indeed, Alonso to McLaren has been the worst kept secret in the paddock over the last few weeks. Vettel to Ferrari was always going to happen, it just has a year earlier than expected. Don't be surprised if McLaren go for a completely new driver lineup.
Hamilton a bit cagey when asked what his plans are for next year...
If at first you don't succeed..... don't take up skydiving
I think Hamilton has ow pulled his head together.A true champion does not like to be 2nd fiddle, hence the tantrums last year.
The Rosberg Hamilton saga has me all excited, but I still love sweet wee Button.
Mercedes are clearly running away with it his season, its good to see that Hammy , after all the grief he got for going to Mercedes, by far chose the right decision.
It would be good to see another team in the running for a bit more buzz, but Mercedes have it- saying that Rosberg has had some problems with his car.
Bring on Monza!!
Been to British GP, Spa and Monaco in the past- Mad for it
God to see some other ladies that are into F1 on here.
