    For this same reason,for being always busy that I have to choose which subject I give priority first.And makes me fell so good
    to hear in how great shape I am,that I don't miss the gym for anything and is nice to hear even from people that are not your friends,is good for the ego.

    Normally they say: takes a month for you to see results. Two months for your friends see the difference and 3 months for the rest of the world to notice and actually is true.

    only my friends see the difference i was told your arms are good they don't have fat on them its actually muscle thats the best compliment i got hahaha, i was 9 stone so its easy to see a difference at 12 stone,strangers never notice though

    Insanity is good, you could also look at something like P90X3 which is very good.

    thing is i'm 30 min away from home haha and i still get lonely ,its hard to describe its like when your in a crowded pub and 1000s of voice are blabbing on and your there nodding and agreeing but your not really there or something its hard to describe so your kind of lonely all the time ,i keep busy its the fucking monotony of it like you wake up do some exercise ,go to farm help dad ,go get dinner, go gym ,go home,clean my house, get more food ,watch tv ,wank at porn and go to bed and that is day in day out well saturday i go out normally drink feel happy feel confident get rejected by countless women ,go home depressed and start the whole week again its driving me fucking mental now i cant take it

    As well as knowing how to train and what body groups to do and when, diet and sleep is equally as important. I go 4x a week but value my rest days very much.

    As for being lonely, I dont really care. I dislike most people anyway. I rather small talk about nothing than boring conversations with people I have zero interest in. Friends are great when under the age of 14 but after that, fuck that and I rely on nobody.
