It all depends on what one terms love. If you go out tonight and meet a hot guy and spend the weekend in bed with him and see him every day for the next fortnight, that is just lust and attraction. Love includes attraction but also encompasses respect, trust, dependability, appreciation, sense of humour and a whole host of other things to create a strong lattice structure. This, when the initial intense attraction fades with time (as it does) all of the others remain and cement, bond and support the relationship. I believe it takes years actually to love someone! Love need to grow, develop and be nurtured and fed like a plant!

hit the nail on the head there. It may not take years but does need nurturing. a lot of people also think they are in love but are only with someone primarily because they just happen to be free and around.
