At the top of the results there you get matches on escort names, but after that it is Google results from this site. So, if google hasn't cached the page, it won't be in the results?

I admit that I do not have the time to read everything on the threads but I think I am right in saying that you are making changes that no one has asked for and ignored everything that you have been repeatedly asked for. Girls pick whatever age they feel like anyway so you actually have a better chance of coming up with a genuine star sign than a genuine age. Has any guy out there ever picked an escort based on a star sign?
How many escorts will own up to enhanced breasts? Will you do anything about it if clients point out escorts who are lying about it? Most escorts with large breasts, which are natural, shout about it anyway. It is years since I came across an unshaved p***y as I think all escorts do it now for hygene reasons.
I suspect that the age thing and points 5 and 6 are more about revenue protection or is it just my cynical old mind?
I am puzzled as to how you come up with the improvements that you decide to make. For instance where did the star sign idea come from?

Ok, these aren't the only changes we are making, and that's if we even make these changes, as obviously some ideas like the star sign one are non runners. This was a quick list of some possible changes I put up one day. It should not be seen as a definative list of the changes we currently have planned.

A day or so ago I announced a new login system for escort advertisers on a different thread. This change in itself doesn't bring any improvements for clients, but it is the foundation of lots to come. We are going to built on it and the escort log in system will make it much easier for escorts to better manage their ads and hopefully save our staff time too, which can then be better spent. I don't know if any of you have noticed, but apart from a little activity this week, Sarah was absent from these message boards for several weeks. That wasn't because she was on an extended holiday, it was because she didn't have time to be here. Getting good staff is a big problem for us so saving staff time wasted on things our systems could do if they were improved is a big improvement for us.

I also said on another thread that I was going to get a list of the cheapest escorts added here next week. This will be a useful page to visit for cost concious clients.

Tours is another area we are working on currently. Within 1 to 2 weeks our whole tours system will be changing. It will be much easier for ladies to arrange tours on our website and much easier for our staff to manage them. Clients will also be able to benefit from our tour calendar for each area, showing all the ladies that are due to visit over the coming days / weeks / months.

In short, there are a lot of changes being worked on at the moment... This thread is not the total of them, this is just one small thread about a couple of small issues.

I have to go now as I'm actually being trained in on some new software we are going to be using today, but I'll be back this evening.

I can see it would be logical to keep all this stuff in one thread in one place maybe. Trouble is, I find when I do that fewer people look at it, whereas if I create a new thread in general chat, I get loads of replies... Not sure what to do?

I understand but if you want to keep this thread here, then keep it permanently at the top. If not and a day goes by without a post it will sink out of sight forever and you would not want that, would you? However it seems to me that the "Escort-Ireland" forum is then irrelevant and should be changed to a forum on everyones favourite topic - fake verified photos.
Alternatively, a forum with permanent threads covering all the counties and say North, South and City Centre Dublin. This will facilitate discussion on local topics and escorts.
