Because if the nature of escorts work. The intimacy, The risks, the need to save guard his/her health and welbeing, the discretion, .... escorts cannot work or be expected to work like a shop. If the shop is open a customer can expect to be served. To not serve a customer in those circumstances could be seen as discriminatory.

However, this cannot and should not be applied to escort for the reasons outlined above.
An escort can choose who to see, when to work. To decline services as and when she likes. In general an escort will have a very good reason for declining to provide an advertised service. She may not tell the client the reason .... That is her choice. For example an escort may simply decide that having met a client before she is no longer interested in his custom. Her choice.

Its very simple. Any woman including an escort has the right to determine who she is intimate with be it a boyfriend, a casual date or a paid client.
