You can switch to mobile version, at the bottom of every page on the left the is a drop down menu, default is vB4 but you can select mobile view, once selected you can hit the add to homescreen on your iPhone or iPad which will give you the impression it's an app but you will still need an internet connection.
This site was once on the TapTalk app but was banned due to it's adult content.
