Sorry to see you've got off to such a bad start to the new year, Sandy. If I were you I'd report it to the Gardai. He may have blocked his number from you seeing it, but he can't block it from the network operators. Also, his location can be narrowed down by his proximity to the cell towers.

Surely in this day and age there is an app that will drop calls\texts from private numbers?

Some things never change, some very 'brave' man withholding his number rang me at 8.20am this morning. Had the charm to call me 'a fucking pig & that I had better not dare work in Tipperary today'. As this is the only site I advertise on, he reads this site.

You may think you were clever to withhold your number, but I will get your number, mark my word. What I am doing is not against the law, ringing & threatening people is against the law.

I'm noticed you said, some things never change, so it's obviously not the first time you had go deal with this type of behaviour.....
Definitely think calling the guards might be a good idea.

On the other hand, why were you even answering a blocked number, in the first place. If someone is hiding their number I don't think they are trustworthy and probably best avoided in your line of work.
