On every ladies profile it has what times a lady is available but you have to call her to see if she's free and then there is the guessing game if she doesn't answer, did she just not get to the phone on time, do I try again immediately, how long will I wait before trying again, how long will she be with the current guy, 30 mins / 1 hr, all these thoughts go through a clients mind when he is trying to contact a lady.
So my idea is could some sort of notification box or something be placed on a ladies profile saying unavailable for next 30 mins / hr, or even a rolling time clock with say only the next 2-3 hrs shown and none gone past where a lady can fill in when she's available or not that way a client can see if she is going to be free any time soon and other ladies clients can't check up on how busy she was that day as it only shows advance hours?
It's just a thought, probably a stupid one but worth a discussion?

This was exactly my thinking when I read the op first. En escort really doesn't want peeps to know how busy she is for both privacy and security reasons.
