Doesn't sound fatal, but you can visit an STD clinic free of charge and have it properly checked out - Sexual Health, Safe Sex, STD / STI, GUM Clinic Info for Sex Workers, Escorts in Ireland and Irish Escort Clients - Escort Ireland
This is the only sensible thing to do. I know you may not fancy a trip to your local STD clinic, many of us don't relish this prospect, but it is never as bad as you think it will be and you'll feel loads better once you've had it properly looked at.
Go to the doctor
Where have you been putting your penis lately??? (try to remember or be more careful when shaving your scrotum area otherwise known as your ballbags)
Hopefully it is nothing serious but do not be embarassed go to see your doctor, better to be safe than sorry.
Do NOT come to visit any working ladies, PLEASE!!!!!! with your current rash i.e predicement. We can not help with any medical issues even if some ladies wear a nurse uniform
GET WELL SOON & GET IT SEEN TO MAN
Just sounds like a boil to me. No harm getting it checked if you are worried....

That is nasty and mean, the poor guy has a problem to deal with so be more tactful, please.
You are a funny guy Roryman you should be on Broadway or in a stand up comedian but
this is a serious matter for the gentelman & the ladies he may visit while having this delicate issue & could mean consequences for you personally health wise if you so happen to visit a lady just after he does........so therefore think before you speak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sounds like friction to me and the rash is simply a skin irritation. Try using some savlon cream 3 times a day and some Caldesene powder two or three times a day. The cream will prevent an infection and the medicated powder will keep the area dry to prevent more irritation. If symptoms get worse or are still the same in 3 days go to your local GP but I think you will be fine..

the skin is rubbing together and irritating causing a rash.I would be less worried about the issue and more worried about studying STDs for the time being.
