    Default First Time:

Most here are die hard videogame fanatics, but how many of us here love Comicbooks?
Or Graphic Novels as is now PC to say:

    My first comic book was:

I never got into 200AD as a regular thing as a particularly bad attempt at movie making called ROBOCOP gave me palpitations o the wrong sort everytime I saw Judge Dredd.

What was your first Comicbook love?

I knit and cook and stuff, I just have a taste for morbid humour and heavy violence too. Catholic schools do that you know :P
What if "It's Raining Men" and 'Let the bodies hit the floor' are both about the same event but from different perspectives 🤔

I think the first comic book was The Killing Joke and it just snowballed from there.

Used to read manga before that, so maybe that was the start?

teehee Bleach or Naruto? Lol I kid.
My guilty pleasure manga has to be Hot Gimmick,
not as over the top as Love hina but I took some persausion before I really settled down to Manga. By that I mean the church of Crusties welcomes all creeds and colours but decidedly draws the line at Bishounen and city sized robots.

The first comic that I read was Watchmen, the entire series in 1 collection , back before I was even ten years old.
Loved the story, so different to anything I had seen, heard, or read.

Only comics I have properly read since then is Evil Dead, and Walking Dead.
    Viva la Dead
You wont know, until you try!

Aside from the Beano and other such Childrens comics, the first Graphic novel/comic I ever read all the way through was

And I've been hooked on the DC universe ever since.

Although I now prefer Batman comics, This is still my all time favourite Superman comic.

Football magazines were most important in my in my youth but the exception was 2000AD - I waited anxiously for every copy....

Yes get into Spider-Man, there's a wide variety of classic to futuristic alternatives but in my opinion all great.
