It's definitely blatant promotion and an attempt to garner favour. Even more obvious when someone doesn't regularly post and only posts threads advertising an escort. They seem more like PR officers than clients.

If a client wanted to show appreciation I think a nice review and thank you would do. Putting an escort into your signature seems a bit creepy/clingy to me.

I would have a massive signature if I put own every escort I liked.
