Question for all the smokers/ex-smokers on here. Anyone tried these contraptions ...



I'm an occasional and very irregular smoker, some days I will, some days I won't. Anyway, I came across something similar to the one in the picture in a shop earlier today and bought it spur of the moment like. Just interested to know if anyone has used it and if so did it keep you off the deadly weed?


And while I'm at it what's the ladies opinions on smokers? Does a client arriving with the smell of cigarettes still fresh on him/her a deal breaker?

Hmmm, not really anything in the way of proof in that either. The media seems to be just pointing at a lack of quality control and then claiming they could be really bad for you. I can't find any actually studies done into the effects. Plenty of anecdotal evidence from ex-smokers that says it's been beneficial in quitting and a lot of angry people protesting proposed regulatory legislation. How can they legislate against something they haven't studied?
