here's my opinion, and I've no idea how accurate it is or isn't. Friendship. Im sure that a lot of the Ladies have come to Ireland from foreign shores, (and thank you for that by the way), but you can't pack up all your friends and familly and bring them with you. And there are some Ladies that Im sure haven't told their friends and familly's what they do for a living, so it's hard to have conversations with them while trying to keep work out of it.
