Surely from a client's perspective it's sort of irrelevant... if an escort offers OWO and you think that means the risk of catching something is higher, then you only have to receive protected oral for that risk to go away...

But as others explained you could get that from anyone in a civvie world aswell as paid sex world. Its the risks we take in every day life. Obviously the risks are higher with a sex worker so I'd suggest you either book an escort who doesn't offer OWO or anything like that and don't kiss her if you don't want to OR do not ever book an escort.

I think the moral of the story is that if you want to be sucked off without a condom, make sure you go to the GUM clinic on a regular basis to make sure you don't have any unwelcome 'guests'.
