To be honest, I do not have an opinion.

thats the way its seems to be John, they want you to express an opinion on a escort you have seen only by using the review system,
At the end of the day its the escorts thats paying for the advertising and money talks no matter what business it is

There was a thread here in the last few days asking 'who hates Escort Ireland' which of course was a silly thread as it's unlikely anyone who 'hates' it will be on here in the first place.

But while it's a mine of information that would be hard to get otherwise, the level of discussion is desperately bad. Every thread is either about the 'best bag of chips in Dublin/Cork' or 'your favourite song' or else it develops into a series of in-jokes between a few people who seem to be constantly on here.

The big weakness of the site is indeed the poor level of discussion compared to the like of Punternet.

Well in 5 years you have posted 130 times so your level of contribution to the threads is to say the least very little
Please feel free to start a thread we are all holding our breaths

Indeed that may be true, but it's hard to see the point of your needless and paranoid trawl through my profile looking for ammunition to chuck at me. I never claimed to have made a significant contribution around here. But in a sense you make my point for me more forcefully than I had managed myself. Typically of this site the opinion I offered is neither agreed with nor challenged by you. Instead there's some tangential 'let's sort him out and stop him commenting' nonsense. The other typical part of the response is the appeal to the masses i.e. we are all holding our breath. Those are the kind of features of the place that means I give it a wide berth.

Having said that, Punternet gets its fair share of in house threads and squabbling going on too. The difference is the way they are managed. They are fair across the board and don't have bias. The mods are members there and they have male and female mods and if a mod is too close to a situation (ie they have met someone who is causing trouble) then they direct the problem to another mod who deals with it fairly and swiftly.

I feel a bit sorry for the mods here at the moment, as it has been stripped back to it's bare bones and it has to be impossible not to be bias when the only mod around working socialises with some posters and punts. This is not a criticism of the mod by the way, but an awareness of a near impossible situation. It's not really fair to put them in that position. It would almost be better to have no moderation at all and then at least everyone is treated the same.
