They couldn't have picked a worse person to present such a subject. She openly admits she has been celibate for the last 2 1/2 years and has bullying issues from her childhood, including self esteem issues. She is hardly a well rounded person with a healthy attitude about sex.

No Way! I'm looking for a well balanced opinion from her as she probably has far more personal issues than anyone she will come accross on the program

To be fair, we can't discount the credibility of the documentary because of who Jodie Marsh is or because of her bad experiences. I haven't seen the programme yet, and I'm sure that these things do happen, it's just we see a different side to the sex industry from street prostitution.

The same girl would say or write anything just to get herself back in the headlines!
She's just a familiar face paid to push someone else's agenda.

    Three things :

    1. I would welcome her or any legitimate journalist into my 'Office' for a day -- sans cameras , recorders ;

to sit quietly and observe how it really works in my neck of the woods. And I am certain that I am not alone in being

willing , being able , being enthusiastic in this pursuit. I am the boss. Loving what I do. With a smile.

Wake with a clear conscience , with an open heart , organized in my thoughts and conduct ..

Clean and sober , with very clear and firm boundaries ... allowing me and my guest carefree moments away from 'life' ..

A far cry from what is portrayed.

    2. Argh ! An Amsterdam gang bang without condoms !! That is shocking ! I am at a total loss.

    3. To me -- as an outsider -- she seems a lost soul. Confused , flitting around , and grasping at whatever pursuit might

catch her fancy momentarily ; forever aching to belong , aching for approval , trying to cash in.

I do hope she finds her place , finds peace in her heart.
I do what I want. I cannot do otherwise.

Until they are prepared to show all sides of the sex industry, to me it will always be biased and incorrect, who ever it is presenting it, but in this case it is also hypocritical, as we are faced with a woman who has bragged about having 5 in a bed and wearing tee shirts scoring her lovers out of 10, who now is celibate and already has a dislike for men judging people in the sex industry. If they wanted it to be a fair representation, they would not have chose Jodie Marsh to present it. Full stop!

It would be so good if in public consciousness , in laymen world , in civvi life there would be an awareness ,

that street trade and indoor escorting are two different worlds.

Yes , at the end of the day we all 'do the same' thing , but our circumstances , issues , problems could not be more different.

As long as we -- indoor Independent Escorts -- are discussed under the same umbrella , I think we will come out the worse for it.

Jodie claims that the experience has put her off men, and that some of the things she saw absolutely shocked her:

She also claims that she had death threats from pimps, gangs and brothel owners:

She wanted to know what it was like to be 'that piece of meat' and talks about prostitutes being hooked on drugs, being beaten up and all other horror stories.

Is this another cliché to grind down the sex industry? Do you think that Jodie should see another side of the industry in the world of escorting?
Just to let you know honey in the past she was subsidising her income as a glamour modelling with being a prostitute. I’m not being bitchy it’s a well know fact which she talks about very openly. She would be great doing such interviews not just because of her experience but I think she would be making an informed decisions about what she is interviewing for many reasons including her past.

Shame she cant come here and do one as that would get some attention with the changers in the laws being talked about.
