Default Jodie Marsh: On the Game

Former glamour model turned body builder Jodie Marsh has been filming a documentary called 'On the Game', where she goes undercover (not in that way! ) as a prostitute around the red light districts of Manchester, German and Amsterdam. Apparently, being a former glamour model, she has 'a sense of what it's like to sell your body', although I actually don't agree that having someone take photos of you and allowing someone to penetrate you are the same thing

Jodie claims that the experience has put her off men, and that some of the things she saw absolutely shocked her:

She also claims that she had death threats from pimps, gangs and brothel owners:

She wanted to know what it was like to be 'that piece of meat' and talks about prostitutes being hooked on drugs, being beaten up and all other horror stories.

Is this another cliché to grind down the sex industry? Do you think that Jodie should see another side of the industry in the world of escorting?

Didn't Garry Delaney use to go out with her and beat her up?

By her logic i should be able to run in the olimpics because i ran before lol . This is just publicity stunt by her . As she prob seen everthing thats going on in the industry she sees it as the hot topic.

If its a anti prostition campaign that asked her to speak up agains it . They really picked the wrong iconic person for this lol

so its ok to strip down and show the entire world your body but its evil to have sex for money . My god i get pissed off with shit like this. Who are these idiots that get the go ahead for programs and ah im just to annyod to write any more on subject

She says shes been celibate for 2 and a half years, she clearly had issues with men and sex before even making the program, probably not the best person to be making a program on the sex industry.
I do like her though, her other programs on body building were interesting so ill watch this one aswell

After her foray into the worlds of Bodybuilding and Tattooing let not expect an in depth quality program.

I think asking if this experience put her off men was a bit of a loaded question, but as Martin says, if she was a victim of domestic violence, this would be inherent. Maybe it was these experiences that urged her to become a body builder for her own empowerment, and did such a documentary to portray society's misogyny?

I was unsure whether to even call it a documentary as it obviously isnt impartial

If that comment doesn't reinforce her point, I don't know what will
