I dont always pick a lady that has a lot of reviews, if a lady has verified photos and i like what i see , i will visit her even if she has no reviews.

I think it makes the setup much more transparent and safer, and greater ensures a standard of service. For other countries that don't use a review system, you would have to rely on word of mouth which wouldn't be as effiecient or trustworthy. You'd probably have more bad experiences, and be less adventurous in visiting new ladies.
