The way
I look at it is , if you'd have to choose between a painful smelly appendage which makes having proper
sex uncomfortable and prevents you from seeking intimacy , and this very same condition carries a high risk of
penile cancer , then perhaps a sensible man would opt for a procedure that is performed as a medical
necessity , under insurance , in a clean medical setting by highly trained medical professionals , who perform this same
procedure innumerable times , hence it being a 'routine' intervention
