Default Best and worst things about the run-up to Christmas?

What are the best and worst things about the run-up to Christmas?

For me, seeing these back on the shelves is amazing. Whoever came up with them is a genius and should be knighted. You have chocolate, orange, and popping candy. What more could you ask for in a deliciously-unhealthy treat?

The worst thing is getting the Christmas shopping done. I always plan on being organised, but then I have to do a big shop and end up looking like this:

Am I alone in that, or do other people do that?

Expectations of what gifts to get family etc and personal shopping. I HATE shopping around. I thought I found a great cop out in e-shopping BUT clothes always look different than they do in person as opposed to online. You also have to see if the clothes suit you. No point dropping a couple of hundred on clothes that don't fit, look stupid on you via the interweb.

I love the music of christmas : the traditional christmas carols and the modern Christmas pop songs too! They create the atmosphere of Christmas for me. I also love the lights!!!
