that drug is usual homemade, as it easy made with pharmacutical drugs, the reasons these are made, are not because someone wants a better hit than herion, but because they cant get herion and make a fix, like the local drunk drinking white spirts with water, its a dangerous game, these are not highs extracted form plants and nature, but form chemicals,

look at cystal meth.... these drugs came about because they where made form legal substances cooked up. and why did someone try do that, because they cudnt get illegal and been honest safer drug, it wud be safer again legal like even herion if you take the muck its cut with out


look at prohibition,, created a vast industry of moonshiners, moonshine can make you blind as the proof is not easily determined and can posion and kill you, this is what happens when u make something illegal, people will look for an altertive even make one

To be honest, I hadn't heard of this drug krokodil until you mentioned it, Mer. However, according to this article in the Independent, it seems that krokidil is not a drug one would buy per se. In fact, heroin addicts make Krokodil themselves from crushed codeine pills and petrol when they can no longer afford or obtain heroin. In that sense, it is a typical prohibition-style drug much like the bootlegged moonshine in 1920s America that caused many people to go blind. Thus, in my view, the answer is not blanket bans; it is a regulated, legalized recreational drug trade, the tax revenue from which can be used to help those who abuse substances, be it alcohol, tobacco or heroin.

cocaine and heroin originate from plants but need processing to
create them. Cannabis only requires careful drying to make nature's best drug IMO.

i think i know a club or two like that, but i would be a bit paranoid about the not knowing,
