Well, unless you bring in a polygraph test or something similar for reviewers you're never going to be able to guarantee that someone isn't going to deliberately and maliciously give a false bad review, or a deliberately fake glowing review to drum up a bit more business. If the approach is "no reviews unless they're all 100% truthful" then you might as well remove the reviews option altogether, 'cos it ain't gonna happen. Sometimes someone is going to have a genuinely bad day, either escort or client (or both), and the client's opinion of the service is going to be bad. That's life. One way around that maybe is to have a "cooling off period" where you can't review someone until say 24hrs after you've met them, so you don't go home and bang out the review while you're still feeling pissed off.

You take a good service for granted, then ironically, if a subsequent visit to the same lady doesn't go to the expectation set by previous visits, the previous good experience doesn't count for anything.

But when it was good, they never thought to register to review. Reviewers like that should be banned for life for reviewing. Their contribution isn't worth a rusty pot to piss in.

Not the same. The review system is religiously studied by men who don't want to make a bad choice and in this case, good reviews and negative reviews are both invaluable. Can't be compared to a visit to Tesco or the local bar, where you could go to Trading Standards to lodge a complaint. But in a self-policing society like this one, the review system is the only vindication for a punter for both a good punt or a bad one.

People tell others more about negative experiences then they do positive ones, this is not only valid in escorting/punting but true for all service industries.

Have you ever told you friends about how polite a waitress was? Or how the guy in Tesco was able to help you find some item you were looking for? Probably not, like most people you will only voice your opinion about an establishment after a poor experience. In general if you have a good experience you will tell 2-3 people, but if you have a bad one you will tell 9-10.
