Well done to Dublin. Football was the real winner today. Cracking game.

As a Kerryman it will be sad to see a lot of those players go, as they inevitably will, but they owe Kerry football nothing.

The Dubs were starting to celebrate early!!

    Any Hole will do

He should be banned for this carry on, no need for it in such a great game.

Not to mention Philly McMahon kicking the Gooch in the back of the head with his ahem "trailing" leg

The final will be very intresting as in how Mayo approach it, will they adopt the Kerry tactic and move up on the Dublin kickouts?
Cluxtons influence on yesterdays game was totally nullified and this tactic also had the effect of controlling the runs of the Dublin
wing backs forward as they werent getting the possesion from the short kickouts.
Kerry were valiant but the legs werent there in the last 10 mins but that wont be an issue with Mayo as they are also uber fit.
Still this game was won on fine margins, if Dublin were reduced to 14 men as the should have been for the foot trip on
Gooch (it was a yellow card offence and he already had one) it could have changed the outcome, also the Dublin goal that won
the game was quite lucky as he was going for a point and he mishit it, although at that stage i think Dublin had more in the Tank
and would have won anyway. One area of concern must be their centre back Ger Brennan, he really is not the standard and has
been found wanting in most of the games to date
    Blatant promotion should be outlawed

I can't imagine the final will be as good as yesterdays game - simply the best game of anything I have ever seen

    Great game of football.

As a hurling fan , i don't think i'd ever say a football game could match a good hurling game but after yesterday.......

Should be a good final though and i'd say Mayo would have less 'mental issues' about playing the Dubs than would be the case with Kerry.

As long as we win the hurling game next w/e , i personally don't mind who wins the football as both sides are committed to attack.
