The referee whistle is a Great idea. They only cost a few euro and are very loud without too much physical effort. The sound actually hurts the persons ear at the far end!

Can you block numbers on PAYG phones? Or is it just on a contract that you can do it?

there are mobile security apps so you can just block them. It's also built into most phones (samsung).you go into your menu and put them on the reject list. I think it's sad I know so much about phones as I tend to have the worst of luck with them lol
