Question for someonein the building game

Hi all
Can anyone give a an approx. cost on the below

approx. cost to build a Garage 12ft x 25ft approx. (brick with pluming electric and windows and doors)

approx. cost for 3 fully fitted rooms wardrobes (two double rooms, on single)

approx. cost to rewire fully a house approx.. 1200sqf

approx. cost to put whole new heating system in (gas)

approx. cost to re-plaster the whole house

approx. cost on putting a downstairs toilet & WC from scratch,

If anyone could give me rough figures I would appreciate it,

To answer your q it depends on the spec.

Westie has summed it up Ray, it is impossible to give even a rough estimate without knowing what kind of finish you are looking for and ease of entering the site with materials and removal of removal of material for construction of garage, is plumbing a tap in the corner or is it a toilet and shower, is electrics a light switch and bulb or is it sockets all around the walls etc., it's usually best to get 3 quotes and written spec for jobs and never forget that the cheapest quote may not be the least expensive in the long run, always get a look at some previous work that they have done and stay away from guys doing nixers as they have no insurance usually. If you have a rough idea of the cost in your head just multiply it by two and you will be getting close to the end cost.
