    Default 1st time to join a gym

    so the oul waistline is creeping up and man boobies its time to take action so decided iam goin hit the gym first time ever .....any body any tips iam small bit nervous all jersey shore lookin mofo's laughin at my moobs ha i cant wait to start the motovation just came upon me i hope it stays ...for a while any way ha

    If you can afford a personal trainer, get one. They will put on a training schedule thats suits you, and will also give you a diet to try and follow.

    i had been wanting to join the gym for years but like you was afraid of what way people would look at me
    i.m not overweight or anything be just always wanted to be that extra bit health

    Anyway as it happened i had a serious accident almost a year ago now when i nearly lost my foot and while attending physio it was recommended that i join a gym
    so i joined one in a local hotel with swimming pool sauna jacuzzi etc
    Best thing i have ever done go there now four or five times a week
    would highly recommend
    plus tony never be afraid of what people will say about they were probably in the same boat once upon a time that's why they joined in the first place

    heres something to make you smile and giggle when in the gym , those jersy shore guys have not been with any girls as beautiful as the ones you have met on here , thats what gets me tru a session but heres some tips

    dont expect ruselts straight away so dont try bench loads of weights start small and work up
    stretch before and after
    protein helps repair muscles
    cardio is great for loosing weight
    weight lifting also helps loose fat too but its slower but increases your modabalism
    try do cardio one day then weights another
    the internet is full of techniques for the gym
    bring water a facetowl and some tunes
    diet is as important as the workout , no point working out for an hour then going home and eating takeout
