Looks like Spurs don't scout at all, considering they have tried to hijack almost every Liverpool move for players, including Suarez, Adam, Carroll, Downing.

I actually think it is a good policy- stops your main competition from moving up.

Not too sure about that they might of shown interest in the above players and where lucky not sign the dirt that Dalglish bought. If you look at the players Spurs have bought this summer or been linked with Liverpool could only dream sign them have not got anywhere near kind money sign them players with there budget, with no champions league football for 4 years and size stadium.
