Suffer from same thing mate. Nothing done yet. I've tried stretching it and it's helped a small bit. But still think I'm gonna have to get the little bit of skin moved so would require an op. I've actually had some help (advice) from one or two ladies here and they suggested I should get it done.

and dont forget one important thing : much better hygiene. Now you can do a proper clean to your cock ,Retract your foreskin fully so that you can see the whole glans (head) and the coronal groove behind it. Keeping your penis scrupulously clean is essential to avoid fungal and bacterial infections which readily develop under the foreskin.
