    Default competion among advertisers?

this is really ridiculous! why would a business enterprise want to create competition among it's advertisers! we are all advertising,,we should all be equal in terms of payment and client services. I find this to be a conflict of interest.
Now if E-I wants to create and continue a competitive spirit among advertisers,,,it seems non-productive..
I have had clients totally perplexed about this,
so is it about the number of reviews? seems pretty transparent.! None of us know what transpires in the privacy of our own working environment and I know for a fact that some negotiate their prices for 'good reviews',,,so is this truly a good measure of success? or....the winning of the 'Escort of the Month'?

It's an uneven playing field SL, competition will always exist.

It's uneven for punters as well, and ...
