I have to say that my personal experience is that most women have their heads back and eyes closed during oral sex. I suspect that dreaming of Brad Pitt is somewhat more conducive to sexual excitement for most women than looking at me.
I have read with interest all the advice that this thread has thrown up. There is one piece of advice that I think should be added to the lessons. Men build up to orgasm in a linear progression. Any break in this progression is usually voluntary to prolong the pleasure. Women, in my experience, are different. The road to orgasm is a series of stages. a woman will show signs of excitement and then appear to lose the excitement. There can be many mini peaks and troughs before a woman reaches orgasm.
