    Default Question for techies

When I am writing a review, I find it very hard to get it typed and submitted before I get timed out.
Why is the time so short? Would it be possible to increase the time?
Failing that, can the time limit start after I've finished typing?
Sorry if this has been covered before, I couldn't find any mention of it
