    Cool Springsteen in Kilkenny

    The official stage times for Bruce Springsteen live at Nowlan Park in Kilkenny are as follows…

    Saturday July 27th 2013:

    Gates Open – 1pm
    Josh Ritter – 2.15pm
    Damien Dempsey – 3.30pm
    Glen Hansard – 5pm
    Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band – 7pm

    Who's going ?
    I went to see him in Cork almost 30 yrs after i first saw him live in Slane(have seen him about 3 times inbetween).
    He gives withouut doubt the best live performance of any band. The set in Cork lasted almost 3 and a half hrs with no
    break just one song rolling into the next(30 songs in all).
    The stamina of the man is freakish to be able to perform for that lenght of a show with the level of energy he does at
    62 yrs of age is just astounding. What really adds to the show is the genius and quality that is the E Street band.
    I fear when he retires we will never see the likes again as a 3 and a half hour show just touches on the vast array of
    material he has recorded down through the years.
    We often talk about legends but the Boss is a true legend in every sence of the word

    saw'The Boss' in Belfast last Saturday,on stage over 3 hours,amazing gig, how does he do it,whatever he's on I want some !!!
