Ok so 30 may be an under estimate. But guys really! Thousands of active punters who don't contribute to (or read?) the boards are going to join in a campaign to select certain TDs based on their attitude to criminalising clients? Good luck with that...
For what it's worth, I believe we are more likely to achieve the desired outcome by contributing to IT letters pages and on line opinion pieces, writing (anonymously?) to sitting TDs and making the general point that we are concerned by the waste of scarce resources going to ruhamma etc as well as the unenforceability of any new legislation and the real issues now suffered in Scandinavia. When did you last see a Garda stopping someone for driving whilst using a phone, or speeding down an urban residential street. Seven years now in Ireland and I have seen neither.

Wont happen if you look at the things that this government has gotten away with and you look at the protest support level I think there is a very small number would actually do it.In principle good idea but in practice in this country no .
Local elections next June.
I just we vote against those who proposed torl motions at the various councils, a list of candidates could be put up here.
There are approx 800 escorts listed on this site. What happens if they all move north of the border into the United Kingdom?
With motorways etc. it does not take long to get to the border.
Then if you calculate the amount of money crossing the border in one direction,,,it wont help the country's finances
Stena could have special day trips to Holyhead and take advantage of a business opportunity
They had no problem with catering for alcoholics, so long as they bought their drink on the ferry
