2 hours (dinner / drinks) & 30 mins (bed time)?

Whatever the rota, there'll be a distinction between the social time and the intimate time. So, 4 hours could be split 2 hours social, 2 hours intimate, and priced accordingly.

But some guys think they're clever and after you've agreed on this, try and rush the social time naively thinking it means more time in bed. Which would be fine if the lady were not applying a discount for social time already.
