I took a few hours out to visit Buttervant horse fair
Had a lovely time an a drink in the sun people watching
are there any other such fairs / shows around the country worth a visit ?

The horse fair in Ballinasloe brings out an interesting mix of travellers and other enthusiasts. Should be interesting from a people watching point of view!
